Delicate Elements is Freya’s first LP. The album includes contributions from indie artist and friend Lutalo Jones, who Freya co-wrote “Ordinary Chains” with in 2023. Ray Paczkowski (Trey Anastasio Band) plays Hammond B3; Val McCallum (Jackson Browne) on electric guitars and bass; Patrick Ross on fiddle and cello; Jeff Berlin on drums; Bow Thayer on banjo and baritone guitar; and Abby Jenne and Zoe Lenker contributed vocals.

The album was produced, recorded, and mixed by Kristin Stykos at Pepperbox Studio in Lincoln, Vermont and was mastered by Márton Fenyvesi in Budapest, Hungary. Album art photography is Liz Krause.
